Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide. If you are ordering delivery in abroad please contact us email email@example.com for quote. We do not deliver to Po BOX, locked bags or parcel locker addresses in Australia or overseas..
How much is a postage fee?
We currently have a FREE delivery for Australia wide orders. Please note that this does not include bulk orders.
How long is the delivery time?
You will receive email confirmation once the package have been dispatched
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days in regional centers in Australia. Please note outside metro centers the delivery time will differ. We cannot guarantee the delivery is within the above time frame. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.
Tuutu cannot be accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit / delivery period. Please note there will be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address if there is a mistake during purchase.
Redirection / Change of address
If you want to redirect already dispatched order Tuutu cannot be accountable for any delays which might incurred during the transit / delivery period due change of address. There will be a FEE charged for the redirection / change of address. Contact Tuutu on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain costs. Please note that it is not always possible to re direct the parcel if already on transit.
If for what ever reason you were unable to pick up or collect your delivery and the goods are returned to the sender a redirection FEE will apply. Please contact email@example.com as soon as to arrange the delivery.
Returns and Exchange
If the product does not meet your expectations we are happy to refund or exchange the product within 7 days of the purchase.
Please return the items in its original condition, with proof of purchase, unused, with original tags / labels, attached to the below address with a description as to why you are returning / exchanging the product.
We cannot provide partial refund of the costs of the product and we will require you to sent us all the original products in their original packaging. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or returns on sale items purchased.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition together with proof of purchase. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card / PayPal used to make the original purchase.
We will email you confirmation once the item is received and refund processed. The refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
In case you receive a damaged delivery please contact us within 48 hours by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item(s) and your invoice number. Please post us the original items and we will provide a full refund or a replacement item subject to availability.
